Mieka Jackson is a U.S. Air Force veteran, accomplished real estate professional, and strategic business leader with more than 15 years of experience driving enterprise growth, cultivating high-value partnerships, and navigating complex commercial environments. Holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA), she combines advanced business acumen with extensive experience in strategic leadership, business development, and organizational performance.

Throughout her career, Mieka has held leadership and client-facing positions across the financial services, payments, and technology industries, including roles with American Express and J.P. Morgan. Her expertise spans enterprise sales strategy, executive relationship management, complex negotiations, and the development of multimillion-dollar commercial partnerships. She brings a results-oriented approach to helping organizations strengthen performance, accelerate growth, and execute strategic initiatives.

As a Central Florida real estate professional, Mieka further complements her corporate expertise with experience in property markets, client representation, negotiations, and transaction management. Recognizing the opportunity to leverage her diverse professional background, she founded Veteran GovCon to deliver specialized federal real estate solutions alongside professional consulting, leadership development, sales training, and strategic advisory services to both public- and private-sector organizations.
